Lymph Drainage Guide is made by PainFreeU Technology AS in Norway, which makes digital tools for people in pain. We also run the Norwegian sister site Lymfedrenasje.no.

Rune Åbø – personal trainer and therapist, has treated 26,000+ people with lymphatic treatment. He developed his own method for lymphatic drainage: firm pressure with a quick twist or a quick pull, on the muscles around the large lymph nodes. He runs regularly himself. The routines on this site are quoted word for word from PainFreeU, where Rune created the methods. Rune has not tried the products on this site yet.
